Veggies?

YUCK!!!!! 


Yeahhhh, you know someone that is a child or even a adult who  DOES NOT LIKE THEIR VEGGIES! [I am not one but I can name a few] And you try talking all you can for them to just take one bite! I get it! 


So why not try something new with them

When starting my Fitness Nutrition Specialist class
there was a video to watch over cooking demonstration and a category for kids!
 Kids who do not like veggies!!!
Seeing this was sooo simple and seemed great, 
I had to try it!

That night for dinner I looked in my fridge and....
I HAD WHAT I NEEDED!
I got started ! 
*ground turkey
*bell pepper
*squash 
*Zucchini
*Carrots
*Spinach

Simple enough right?

First thing I did was cut up some squash, zucchini, bell pepper, 
through in some carrots and spinach. 
[now I have this awesome food processor so I did not have to do this by hand.
If you do not have one of these, it will take longer.]
I turned this on for literally 5 seconds and ...

TADA !!!!!
Shredded mixed veggies !! (:

Now I got my turkey meat,
(forgot to take a picture. sorry. hahha)
enough just like I was making hamburger and then I flattened them.
Sprinkling the veggies over it and then rolling it.
twisting.
breaking.
adding more veggies,
and doing it all over till they looked like this..
[I did sprinkle some pepper on them.
honestly is the one seasoning I ever use]
and then put them on the grill!
You can cook these one the stove, oven, grill, george foremen grill,
whatever !!! 


then you're done!!!!!
It is extremely simple
and sooooo amazing!
Not only for kids but adults also!
[ I cooked these two days in a row. hahaha]
